Hey guys, Dana here! This is my first installment of my Europe trip. Don't worry there are more come, enjoy!
Denmark
Days 1-3
The flight to Copenhagen, Denmark was both good and bad. We flew with the Norwegian Company, their plane was huge, it was nine seats across, three in each of the three rows. They had a TV installed in each individual seat, where you could watch free movies, and plug in your earplugs and electronics for charging. I watched the Mocking Jay Part One, and part of the Internship. It was a night flight, and I can't sleep on planes so I was very restless. When we actually landed, Denmark looked like Portland. It was very green and there were so many bikes, when we got to the apartment building, we had to climb up so many flights of stairs, because the man who owns the apartment told us that it was on the 4th floor, labeled Hemrick. After calling the guy five times, we finally found out that is was on the fifth floor, and it was "labeled" with a kids drawing of like a flower or something, Whaat? Dude how can you mess up fourth floor, kid drawing, I mean there was no door labeled Hennrick in the building any way. You drunk?
After we got that settled I actually explored the apartment. It had a large living room, a small kitchen, a child's room, and a small room up very steep stairs with no railing. We went to explore the streets, so we found a bakery that sold fresh bread and pastries. So every morning we went to buy bread, fruits and a small pastry. Also, every day we went for a walk to see sights, like old churches, but I got bored easily since the definitions beauty for me and my family are two totally different things. We stayed for three days, until flying to Paris. Overall, it was pretty cool.
The sleepiest of Dana's, signing off!
