So, yeah. Don't get the addiction! Stay away from sugary drinks this summer! And of course, be awkward (In my case bumping into EVERYONE!)

I, Anna, am in the second week of my intense summer intensive. My friend and I have noticed how many people seem to order a Dutch Bros Italian Soda or White Mocha every single day. And we might be hallucinating but is seems as though the sizes they order keep getting bigger and bigger. So you might be confused. To clarify we have thirty minute breaks every so often and people can go out into Portland to get food (if their parents signed this form, mine did, yet I don't go anywhere) and there are some people who ALWAYS go to Dutch Bros. Not. Even. Kidding. Now this might be fine BUT, this is an extremely sugary drink. And we ARE ballet dancers! So my friend and I pretended to be filming a documentary about the tragic Dutch Bros Addiction. Recently, a tragic addiction has spread through out the dancers. It is the Dutch Bro's addiction that causes addicts to drink 1-3 drinks a day. Over 40% of these dancers are effected. *Turns Camera* Hi... *Lifts "invisible" Dutch Bro's Drink* Sponsored by Dutch Bros... Yes I am one of the addicts... Now how do I turn this off? *Throws "invisible" camera* Oh, thats how ------ So, yeah. Don't get the addiction! Stay away from sugary drinks this summer! And of course, be awkward (In my case bumping into EVERYONE!) ---Anna ;)

Anna and I, Dana, went to Sky High for my birthday a little bit ago. We made a review that was kind of honest, kind of silly in our heads. So Sky High Sports has very different rules on the web page then it does when you're there. There's a HUGE difference. Here is our review: This experience was fun and tiring jumping. It was kind of restricting though because there was around 20 rules. All I could do was jump back and forth! Still way to many rules, there should be different rules for different ages. For example 5-8 can do this, 9-10 can do that, 11-14 can do this... And to tell the age we would have different colored wristbands. Like yellow for 5-8, Green for 9-10, and Blue for 11-14. It's not THAT hard. Now you know our opinion and if you go to Sky High Sports tell us your reviews. We'd love to hear! ----Dana and Anna As most of you should know, Dana and I do ballet. I am currently 3 days into a four week summer intensive program. Now, I am on pointe and I take half hour classes (Well so does everyone else...) and the pain is excruitiating! My feet are still hurting even though I didn't have pointe class today. So on the first day if it wasn't painful enough we had quite a lot of time to bend my feet into annoyingly painful positions. After class, when a friend and I were tired I overhead one of the girls that isn't originally from our school say something quite rude. Well at least it was rude to the teacher, I guess. Girl *Talking to friend of hers*: That was the worst and most pointless pointe class I have ever taken. We didn't do pirouettes or anything! *SIGH* Deep breath, Deeeeeeeep breeeeath. Why did you SAY that huh? HUH? Okay calm down Anna. The reason I am mad is because she thought she was good enough even though she was quite shaky when on pointe and her fifth wasn't that great. Well at least to my standards... And she won't get to do the turns this summer because she is one level too low to do that complicated of stuff. Also it wasn't pointless because you got to go on pointe, get it? Get it?? No one? Okay.. The summer intensive is pretty fun and tough so I did get over it quickly whether it shows or not. Dana needs to get pointe shoes for the last two weeks. ----Anna Yesterday, I, Anna, went on an impromptu trip to the beach with Dana. But before we go into that trip lets start with what I did earlier that day. I woke up on this Saturday and just ate my food. My mom then called for everyone in my family, and a guest, to get in the car. It was a hot day, so we were going to go to the Rose Garden. We smelled, took photos of, and looked at all the roses until our stomachs started hurting from hunger. Next, we went to Little Big Burger in downtown Portland. It is called that because their burgers are small and tall. These burgers were dee-lic-ous! I would recommend these to everyone. Then, we went to Powell's where I bought a book called "The Girl in the Road". Finally, we took a look from a mansion (we didn't go inside) to see the view of Portland as if we were birds. My mom had gotten a call earlier asking if I wanted to come with Dana's family to the beach. Of course I said yes! But before you hear that story, hear what Dana did before I saw her... I (Dana) went to Intel family to work day because my dad works at Intel. I didn't really do anything because I was wearing a short dress. There was a caricature artist and I wanted to get a picture because I didn't get one at my school carnival. Picture this, it's the afternoon 96 degrees (Farenheight, haha) and you are standing in line determined to get the picture, legs hurting and you are really hot. That's what happened to me. The person asked what I wanted my picture self doing and I asked for me to be climbing a tree. Then we ( my family ) went home and my mom suggested going to the beach and suggested inviting Anna. Okay, I of course said yes. Then once we went home my mom told me she was coming so I started cleaning just in time for Anna to come Tasha got a shower and she did not like it the poor thing didn't completely dry for about 5 hours! She used to look so fat, and she looked skinnier than this she just proofed up a little. She kind of reminds me of a scrawny rat, in a cute way. She is a serbian which are large and fluffy cats, usually, I guess not when they're wet, heh. -----Dana Anna: I often like to browse the interwebs for cute and semi-practical stuff. Except I usually don't have the money... and when I try to sell stuff no one see's me, sigh. But, still, I can dream I have these things and stare at videos: (Pictures below)
As you may know, I, Anna, have a dog named Jet. Well we went camping with him and he is normally not a swimming type (Like most whippets). We went camping with a group of Russian friends and right next to the camp there was a river. Now, this river was pretty much the temperature of a glacier even though it was a sunny 86 degrees day, but since we're Russian (Lots of snow, heh) we all jumped in at one point or another. After my dad swam to a little island in the middle of the river, I followed. Jet immediatly started whining and instead of actually jumping to it, he swam across the icy cold river to get to us. Coincidently, we realized it was his birthday (July 5th) and thought he was celebrating. Jet also realized he had to swim to get back to the camp and got scared. My dad saved the day, though, and carried him stiff as a board across the river. Finally Jet chillaxed on his blanket in the sun to dry off. Happy Birthday Jet! ---Anna Happy Canada Day! If you're American (like me) than you probably don't know what its celebrating. Its basicly a Canadian Fourth of July. Well I'm not going to talk about Canada today, I'm talking about randomly going to the mall. Also, you probably won't be hearing from Dana because she is at a sleepover currently (yes, I'm jelly).
Just a couple hours ago, I came back from a mall. I hate shopping like a lot of my friends, I'm just not a girly type. At first people think I am because of my atrotiously long nails, but then they quickly realize that they're weapons not girly nails with sparkly pink nail polish. We went because I complained I don't have any shorts and suddenly its a heat wave in Oregon. My sister tagged along and was being quite a pleasant sister. We only went to Macy's and I got some American flag designed clothes and some other shorts and stuff, but I'm not going to dwell on that. Lastly, we went to the Cheescake Factory, which is a restauant if you don't know. I got a weird sandwhich burger and my sister got fish and chips. We bought a red velvet cheesecake but its currently sitting uneaten in the fridge. Oh and by the way I am going camping Friday to Monday (I'm not sure if its Sunday or Monday) and will not post because, duh, no WiFi. Once again, Happy Canada Day! And if you're really bored like I am currently, check out this. Or this. -----Anna |
